Areas of Expertise:
Areas of Expertise:
I have listed below several types of therapeutic modalities with which I am quite experienced and confident. However, as you read, please keep in mind that I hold each person as an individual not as a diagnostic category. It is my practice to take the time to understand you, your goals for the therapy process and your individual needs and preferences. Therapy is both an art and science. The list below represents a portion of the science of mind and healing that I have studied. It is not comprehensive as I strive to be a life-long learner. It also does not reflect the attitude of compassionate attention I strive to bring to each client, nor the absolute belief I have in the ultimate wisdom all beings have about themselves. I also wish to express here the deep appreciation and gratitude I have for all of the learning and growth I experience in the role of therapist, coach, and guide to my clients.
